On May 18, 2023, I presented the "Kids in Ghana" project to the director of the High School (HS) French American School of New York (FASNY) to get approval to reach the school community for this project.

She was impressed by the initiative and agreed to promote the project among students and parents, as well as to provide resources for fundraising efforts. As a results, I went to each High School class to present my project and request their help.

I asked the students to look in their homes, offices and bedrooms for any kind of material such like books, stationery, or clothing that could possibly be used so that the kids in Ghana can benefit from. The response was overwhelming, with many students expressing their eagerness to contribute and make a difference in the lives of the 45 children. With the help of FASNY's High School director, I had the opportunity to publish an article in the weekly school newsletter to bring more people on board, including parents.

This article has helped me get the word out to the community about the importance of having these supplies for education. Additionally, it allowed me to share what is going on in the small parts of the world and empower them to find ways to give back.
